One to One Coaching

Building a rapport and working towards shared goals is what makes one to one coaching so special for me.

One to one coaching is a chance to dive deeper in your mindset both spiritually and physically through experiencing movement training. Mobility and movement coaching are the gateways to enhanced physical performance on and off the sporting arena. Living as pain-free as possible should be the goal for every human being as well as sportspeople.

As adults, we lose the playfulness and unstructured elements to movement through sedentary and high tech powered life. Being more childlike and creating movement pathways again will remodel your body for the rest of your life.

Chronic pain or daily discomfort usually through compensation patterns, are common unfortunate issues which we all face daily, especially as adults. Very often, treatments and medication do not solve the problem. Looking within yourself and starting with breathwork through controlling both your internal stress and inflammation is vital to overcome chronic related symptoms and pain.

One to one coaching is an area to work closely with me to unlock and help build sustainable training plans, whether that's to run a marathon next year with more efficiently or to overcome chronic lower back pain.
